Paleo Breakfast SausagePrint Recipe
- 500 grams of Pork Mince
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried ginger
- 3 TBSP cold bone broth
- 1 TBSP coconut oil
Add pork to a large bowl
Blend spices and broth in a small bowl and pour over the pork mince
Shape into thin patties
Melt coconut in a large skillet over medium heat and fry patties
Can be frozen. Can replace broth with water.
